Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

The terms and conditions outlined are to be met and agreed upon by both students and parents/guardians when enrolled in Matt Cash Mathematics.

Student Agreement:

• All Matt Cash Mathematics students are to behave in a respectful manner to all students, tutors and any other staff members.

• Once enrolled, it is the student’s responsibility to engage and attend their lessons.

• Matt Cash Mathematics reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student’s enrolment at their sole discretion.

• Any student’s personal property brought to the centre is solely their responsibility. Matt Cash Mathematics holds no accountability for any loss or damage.

• During enrolment, students will be provided with learning materials physically including but not limited to lesson booklets, exam papers, and worked solutions. Matt Cash Mathematics owns all intellectual property rights in the learning materials. They are to be used for the private and personal use of the enrolled students. They are not to be copied, printed, reproduced, sold or given in any other context to individuals outside of Matt Cash Mathematics.

   

Payment Policy:

• One no-obligation trial lesson is given to each student. Once a trial lesson is provided, another will not be provided under any circumstances.

• Any and all invoices must be paid in full by the given due date (before commencement of each term).

• If for whatever reason, Matt Cash Mathematics reserves the right to swap the tutor, reschedule or cancel any class. If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled or altered class, a refund will not be applicable as learning resources will still be provided.

• Once enrolled after a trial lesson, refunds or credit will not be given for the current term. If an extreme circumstance presents, at its sole discretion, Matt Cash Mathematics may provide refunds or credit if deemed appropriate.

Matt Cash Mathematics reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions.
