Welcome to Matt Cash Mathematics. We are excited to offer you mathematics tutoring services. Before you use our site, please read these Terms of Use, as they contain important information. This website (Site) is made available by Matt Cash Mathematics Pty Ltd (ACN 662 565 602) (we, our or us). These Terms of Use (Terms) apply to your use of, and access to, the Site.

While we use reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content and materials on the Site (Content), to the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any of the Content.

The Content may be subject to change without notice and we do not undertake to keep the Site up to date. The Content is factual information only, is not comprehensive and is for general information purposes only.

We also do not warrant that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or free from viruses.

Enrolment Section

The enrolment section of this Site requires you to enter personal information.

If you choose to complete the enrolment section, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Inform us of any changes to that information

Each enrolment must be for a single individual only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the enrolment page.

Section Requiring Username and Password

If our Site includes a section requiring a username and password:

Only you may use your personal username and password
You are responsible for preventing unauthorised use of your account
You must notify us immediately if you believe there has been unauthorised use

Postings to be in Your Name

Your postings must be accompanied by your real name
Anonymous postings are not permitted
Participants must not misrepresent their identity

No Monitoring of Postings

We are not obligated to edit, monitor or screen postings and are not responsible for their content.

However, we reserve the right to:

Examine interactive areas for adherence to these Terms
Remove materials that may be objectionable or violate these Terms

Purpose of Interactive Areas

Interactive areas are provided solely for:

Strengthening mathematics skills
Online discussion with fellow students and employees

Any unauthorised use of interactive areas, their Content or Postings is expressly prohibited.

No Solicitation

You must not distribute content or material containing:

Advertising
Solicitation for goods or services
Requests for others to become members or customers of any organisation

This is prohibited without our express written permission.

No person or entity may solicit anyone using data retrieved from this Site.

Third Party Content

The Site may contain links to third party websites.

Unless we tell you otherwise:

We do not control, endorse or approve those websites
We are not responsible for their content
You should make your own investigations regarding their suitability

If you purchase goods or services from a third party website linked from the Site, those goods and services are provided by the third party, not by us.

Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
